With over 25 years of experience in the automobiles industry, with an emphasis on technology transformation and diversification, Satish works closely with state and central government agencies, Auto industry lobby groups, and international OEMs to promote the interests of Indian R&D across the manufacturing value chain. He is responsible for new verticals which include SSS Electric and SSS Defence.

Mr. Lakshmi Narayan has tremendous knowledge in the fields of Marketing and Sales. As the President of SSSS and with more than 25 years of experience in the company and field, Lakshmi has strengthened Indian operations by adding 3 plants in strategic locations, created a Joint Venture with Sunflag Pvt. Ltd for the manufacture of steel wires, and also aided into overseas expansion in the last decade, amongst other major achievements of paving the way for continual innovation and international success.

With over 26 years of experience, Anil leads the new era in SSSS with innovation and growth at the core. He comes with expertise in WCM, TPM, and TQM concepts and previously served as President for the RNAIPL Vendor Forum.

Ashok comes with a combined 27 years of experience with rich expertise in Costing and Finance, Project Management, and Marketing. Previously he spearheaded SAP implementation at BEML and is currently a member of ICWA.

Sam holds a stupendous experience of 25yrs in the fields of Sales, Marketing, Materials & Business Development. A thorough expert in strategic planning, vendor development & people management. He is known for augmenting growth, generating new businesses and managing techno commercial marketing.

Ramesh comes with rock knowhow in Manufacturing and Project Manufacturing. He is responsible for numerous efficiency improvements across the organization including in Production, HR, and Machinery.

Trained in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Systems, Thirumal has over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Product Processes. He is a member of the ACMA RM Committee and has worked on Brown and Greenfield projects at SSSS.

Ganesh oversees Finance & Accounts as SSSS. He brings immense value to the organization with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and over 43 years at SSSS.

Having previously worked with Many European MNCs such as Bekaert and Hoerbiger, Rohit comes to SSSS with over 25 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development. He is focused on ensuring SSSS remains the preferred supplier of springs for Tier 1 OEMs. He is also a member of Steel Wire Association of India and is an avid aviation enthusiast.

Vasu is a Chartered Accountant with an additional ICWAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India) qualification. Having worked in different businesses he comes with vast experience in operational efficiency, financial control planning and analysis.

Umesh comes with a Mechanical Engineering degree and 35 years of specialized work experience. He is in charge of developing strong business relationships with customers and logistics improvements.

Lakshman has been associated with SSSS for about 25 years. Being a B.Tech graduate and with plenty of hands-on expertise, he is a veteran in handling the production of diaphragm springs, flat components, suspension & compression & damper springs. He has also successfully handled 3 greenfield projects.

Srivatsa is a qualified internal auditor with a string of certifications and successes to his credit. He has been with SSSS for a total of 16 years and has consistently completed audits of all kinds.

With expertise in Instrumentation and Technology, Uma comes with 3 decades of rich experiences in Business Development and Product Development. She is responsible for the continued market growth of SSSS among Tier 1 OEMs and is a major player in our export business.

Punith has been with SSSS for close to 14 years and comes with numerous specialized certifications. From Metallurgy and Product Design to Dynamic Analysis and materials, his contributions over a short period of time are commendable. He is also an active member of the Institute of Spring Technology, UK.

Sridhar Rao is a Computer Science and Engineering expert with 30 years of field experience. He has played key roles in rolling out and implementing various IT functions across the organization and building robust network systems.

An MBA (HR) with 16 years of experience, Rameswari is a core member of the Performance Based Career Progression Team. She is responsible for day-to-day activities and developing unique HR practices and ensuring the health and safety of employees in all plants. Apart from overseeing various HR activities, she is responsible for legal-statutory compliance and recruitment to training and policy framing.

Sreenivasalu has deep specialization in the setting up of all kinds of springs. Currently he handles the ARGB plant operations. He also spends his time ensuring that his expertise are passed down and is involved with many training and development initiatives.

With over 29 years of experience, Vara Prasad joined SSSS as a trainee and has grown to become a Plant Manager. He is an expert in production and administration processes and managing and growing production teams. At SSSS, he is dedicated to man power reduction and production improvements.
